  • All parcels are dispatched through a registered and trusted courier service.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays or courier delays.

  • Customers are required to complete payment according to the payment method selected at checkout.

  • For your protection, please do not accept a parcel that appears opened, tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery. Please refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to contact us regarding an eligible return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories and included items should be returned where applicable.

  • You must provide your order details, receipt or other proof of purchase.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used or altered may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot generally be returned.

Returns may also not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use

  • Products without their original packaging

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period

🔄 EXCHANGES

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original product and arrange the replacement according to availability.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded through an available payment method such as bank transfer or Easypaisa, as applicable.
